What This Covers

Scavelo itself has no separate subscription fee, it's included in your TAC Pro membership. This policy only covers usage-based services: SMS, email sending, phone calls, and AI features, billed based on what you actually use.

How Charges Are Funded

Usage is funded through your LeadConnector Wallet, tied to the card on file. Your card is saved securely during signup for this purpose, no charge is made to it until you actually use a paid feature like SMS, email, calls, or AI.

International SMS and call rates vary and may be charged at carrier-specific pricing.

Included Usage

Phone, SMS, email, and AI features are all billed from the very first use, at the rates listed on the Usage Rates page. There's no bundled free amount included.

Billing Cycle

Your wallet balance does not expire and does not reset monthly, it carries forward and is drawn down as you use SMS, email, phone, and AI features. The $10 rebilling threshold below applies continuously, any time your usage crosses that line, whether that's the 3rd of the month or the 28th.

Rebilling Threshold, $10 Increments

Once your account accrues $10 in usage charges, your card on file is automatically charged. This repeats in $10 increments as usage continues. This threshold keeps charges predictable instead of billing your card for every individual message or call.

For Example
$10.01 in usage charged $10 right away
$19.99 in usage charged $10 at the $10 mark, then another $10 at $20

Any remaining usage under $10 is reconciled and charged at month end.

Payment Method Required

A valid credit or debit card must stay on file. Wallet recharging runs automatically based on usage and cannot be turned off while you're using SMS, email, phone, or AI features. Charges are applied based on the threshold above.

Monitoring Your Usage

You can check your usage anytime through your dashboard. Keeping an eye on it is on you, doing so regularly helps you avoid any surprise when the $10 threshold is reached.

Disputes

Billing disputes must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the charge. Disputes submitted after that window may not be eligible for adjustment.

Refunds

All usage-based charges are final. No refunds or credits are issued for unused or partially used services.
